The Student Success Office provides information and resources to parents to support our common goal of student success. You can be a partner in your student’s success by helping to develop their independence and problem-solving skills.

Parents and family members should know that in times of struggle, you will most likely be the first person your student connects with. It’s important that the advice you give your student empowers them to seek out resources to solve their problems.

The challenges of the transition from high school to university can be a surprise for both students and parents. Our T2U: Transition to University on-line course can make the change easier. On our website you will find other workshops and services that can support the success of all students helping them to achieve their goals.

Please note that the university cannot share your student’s information. It’s important that you familiarize yourself with the university’s confidentiality policy. If you have a question you would like to ask us – please send your questions to
